We had to change coil on one of our conditioners. We called H-Town company and others to give us estimate. H-Town was one of the cheapest. And they we able to do the work next day! Guys were knowledgeable and did an amazing work just in a couple of hours. I’m so glad that we chose this company over others! I would recommend this company to my friends!

These guys were very helpful and knowledgeable around my two ACs. I had a broken coil and every other company I called wanted to charge me as if they were doing open heart surgery... these guys did the whole thing and went out of their way to work around my working hours. Also, honorable mention to Mark who does a great job answering all of my questions over the phone and quickly gained my business.

Despite the large number of service calls, they were able to accommodate a second-day service request at our required time. They called to warn us that they were running a little behind well in advance, and instead ended up arriving early. The service tech was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had the system up and running in nothing flat, even with going to pick up needed parts.

We really lucked out with H-Town: Alex is outstanding. He was timely, friendly, and funny. He repaired so many different things in our house, even driving to Home Depot in rush hour when he didn't have enough parts (we need two toilets repaired!). He spent quite a while fixing our dishwasher even after saying he thought it would need an appliance professional, and charged us so much less than we imagine it would cost. We'll hire them again any time we need plumbing or AC work.

The experience was excellent from the sales visit through the final installation. The options to choose from, rebates available, etc. were all clearly explained. On the day of service, the installers arrived as expected and completed the installation, as well as cleaning up the area completely afterwards. I have used H Town AC company for a few years now for maintenance of my previous a/c and will continue to use them.

They showed up when they said they would and did an excellent job. I am very picky about how things are done and they met all my expectations, They even came back out the next day fixed a minor issue I had with no problem. If you want someone that will come to you house and tell you what you need not what he wants to sell you call H Town AC. Thanks!
