One scheduled maintenance for your cooling system equipment:
- Check Thermostat – test for proper operation, calibrate
- Check AMP draw on compressor
- Check condensate drain
- Check condition of filter
- Pressures & sub cool
- Condensate Drain – flush and treat with anti-algae
- Blower Motor – measure amperage and voltage for proper operation
- Inspect indoor coil
- Inspect Condenser Coil and wash with water
- Safety Devices – inspect for proper operation
- Electrical Disconnect Box – inspect for proper rating and safe installation
- Electrical Wiring – inspect and tighten connections
- Test/inspect contactors for burned, pitted contacts
