I had a broken coil and every other company I called wanted to charge me as if they were doing open heart surgery... these guys did the whole thing and went out of their way to work around my working hours. Also, honorable mention to Mark who does a great job answering all of my questions over the phone and quickly gained my business.

They called to warn us that they were running a little behind well in advance, and instead ended up arriving early. The service tech was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had the system up and running in nothing flat, even with going to pick up needed parts.
We really lucked out with H-Town: Alex is outstanding. He was timely, friendly, and funny. He repaired so many different things in our house, even driving to Home Depot in rush hour when he didn't have enough parts (we need two toilets repaired!). He spent quite a while fixing our dishwasher even after saying he thought it would need an appliance professional, and charged us so much less than we imagine it would cost. We'll hire them again any time we need plumbing or AC work.
