Positive: Professionalism I dealt with several AC companies over several months when my AC was acting up. H-town did a great job troubleshooting the issue and ultimately fixing it. I dealt with Billy, Anthony, and Ivan (on separate occasions) and they were all wonderful, especially Billy. One thing I really appreciated was they showed up when they said they would. Another company I tried would tell me they would show up between 12-3pm, and then not show up until 6pm (and that was after I checked in with them at 4pm and 5pm.) Great work and I would recommend them to others.

Our technician Billy Garcia was extremely helpful with explaining the issues and resolving them in a timely manner. We have a newly built home and the a/c was leaking fluid through the walls, it was really frustrating so I called h-town at around 8 am and by 1 pm Billy arrived that same day. Grateful for the quick turnaround time!

Absolutely the best.  My second time to use them.  A large national company wanted $1,300 to do a job on my AC.  As it turned out, I had H-Town come out last year to do the same job on my other unit, so I had some idea that I was being taken.  When I called to see if they could look up my old invoice, not only did they tell me the price ($925.00 cheaper than the big boys), but offered to be at my house in 45 minutes to fix it!!  AND THEY DID IT - for nearly a thousand dollars cheaper than the fraudsters who were there earlier in the day.

Major props to this business.  Perhaps some of the best service I have ever received from any business in 40 years.

They have replaced two of the condenser coils in my AC units, serviced and cleaning both units, and made repairs. I have been very pleased with their thorough and professional service. When our units stopped working, they were responsive and came out right away. Dmitri is very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of my home. He identified the issue and had team out to replace condenser coils next day so we didn’t have to go long without AC. Their pricing is fair. It’s been three years now and they are the only are my go to for AC/HVAC issues. Hide

Positive: Professionalism , Punctuality , Quality , Responsiveness Called HTown at 7:44am this morning. They had a team of two Repairmen, here at 10:30am, Billy & Anthony. These guys were GREAT! There were super polite, professional, and ready to work. I initially called a repairman that my family generally uses, but when he told me it was the HVAC motor that would be $847 to replace, I wasn't 100% sold that this was the problem, based on the issues. I wanted a second opinion, so I called HTown. Billy & Anthony were able to come in and determine the problem--which was NOT what was diagnosed before. Not sure if the family HVAC guy was being dishonest or didn't know what he was doing, but my motor was fine. They repaired my HVAC and updated the Nest, in less than 30 minutes. They also informed me even if the motor was the issue, the price quoted was WAY beyond what it should've been. I called HTOWN for a second opinion, but from now on, they'll be my FIRST call.

I had my attic AC unit leaking. I called and they were able to come the same day. Semeon showed up on time, he was very knowledgeable and repaired the issue on the spot, he did an excellent job. It's the second time I used their services and would definitively recommend them.

The service was excellent. All pricing and options were explained clearly. The work was done quickly and competently. I especially like that he does background checks on all of his service employees. I found them to be friendly, capable and trustworthy.
I had my air conditioner replaced about 10 years ago and it had never cooled the entire house properly and rusted out from the bottom requiring replacement. Kevin, the owner, explained the reason, solved the problem and now I need to wear a sweater in the house if I keep the air conditioner on too long. I couldn't be happier!!

Upstairs A/C was on the blink and it was HOT! Called and they scheduled in morning of 2nd day after call. Office called to confirm tech on way. Tech arrived on time and went straight to work. He was very professional and worked without my feeling the need to watch him. Wrote up invoice neatly and explained it. Was responsive with pricing for my question about maintenance deal, but did not try to upsell.
We will be doing the maintenance deal with them, moving from a highly advertised provider. We are very pleased with our experience.

The experience was excellent from the sales visit through the final installation. The options to choose from, rebates available, etc. were all clearly explained. On the day of service, the installers arrived as expected and completed the installation, as well as cleaning up the area completely afterwards. I have used H Town AC company for a few years now for maintenance of my previous a/c and will continue to use them.

They showed up when they said they would and did an excellent job. I am very picky about how things are done and they met all my expectations, They even came back out the next day fixed a minor issue I had with no problem. If you want someone that will come to you house and tell you what you need not what he wants to sell you call H Town AC. Thanks!

Ive used these guys numerous times and they are absolutely AMAZING. I wish other service companies were as affordable, straightforward and honest as these guys. I will gladly wait an extra day or two for service from h-town than get much worse service same-day from some other company. Can't recommend these guys enough
